How to Sync Google Calendar with Microsoft Outlook?

Microsoft Outlook is one of the best e-mail clients that I have ever used, it’s easy and simple to navigate and use.

One of the main features that I really use a lot in Outlook is the calendar, it reminds of all the events, meetings, or even my exams. But the only disadvantage of Microsoft outlook is that I cannot access my calendar if I wasn’t on my computer at home, so I started using Google online calendar, which is a great way to keep my life organized by being able to access it from anywhere and anytime I want.

Here is a new software I found recently that allows me easily to sync my Google calendar with my outlook account, and merge both calendars together. The nice thing about this software is that once I update or add an event to the Outlook calendar on my computer, Google syncs it automatically to my online Google calendar; which is exactly what I was looking for, I admitted, it made my life easier.

Sync Google Calendar with Microsoft Outlook

You can choose the sync option as two-way, which means synchronizing both your Google calendar and Microsoft outlook events with each other. The one-way option allows you to synchronize either Google calendar or Outlook with one another.

The last thing you need to do is to choose how often you want Google calendar to sync to your outlook account, by default its 120 minutes I guess, but this it’s up to you.

How to extract music off youtube videos?

I can’t tell you how many times I listened to great music on Youtube, but never was able to find it for free download until I came across a super nice software that allows you to download the mp3 format of the videos on youtube. So next time when you find a video on Youtube and you liked the music, then you have to get the free Youtube to Mp3 convector.

There are some few online sites that allows you to extract the mp3 from a video on youtube, but its nice to have your own software right on your computer to use it anytime, especially its free.

While installing the software, it asks you if you want to set Ask.com as your homepage. You can skip or refuse that option by removing the check mark on the box. After installation, you just need to copy the link of the video from the address bar on your browser, then past it on the appropriate location on the software ( Once you run the program you will notice a box that says “past youtube video here”). After that you simply click download the mp3 file.

Make sure the notice the location of the downloaded files, by default the location is under the free youtube convector folder, I usually like to choose my desktop as my output location because its easier to locate the files after downloaded.

You will not notice any change in sound quality; meaning, if you the quality of the sound on youtube video is great then the output is going to be the same.
