Cool iPhone Application – Compass for iPhone
This new iPhone application would help you find your way even if you were in the middle of a jungle. Compass for iPhone is free application that helps you locate your position if you were in an outdoor activity like hiking, biking etc..
How to use it:
1. Set your location on the map. Hint: Just tap it for easy panning.
2. Make sure the time is set correctly.
3. Turn the phone to the position of the sun and the compass is set correctly.
This compass is not affected by magnetic anomalies. You can either turn it to the main directions or the sun.
