Fox Magic Audio Recorder records sounds as MP3, WAV files. It is able to use various audio devices/audio inputs for recording. You can generate file names automatically or manually, play the recorded files in the internal audio player, start/stop the recording on timer events, adjust audio settings, set the audio volume, etc. Easy to use and easy to learn.
Options:
- File – Next file name. Dialog´s title displays the last recorded file name.
- Browse – Click this button to set the file name.
- Format – Select MP3 or WAV.
- Add sequential numbers – Check it to add sequential numbers to the file name.
- Reset – Click this button to reset the number counter (numbers will start with 1).
- + – Click this button to increment the number counter.
- Device – Select the audio device to capture from (see comments below).
- Input – Select the audio input to capture from (see comments below).
- Audio – Click this button to adjust audio settings.
- Timer – Click this button to set a start/stop time.
- Volume – Drag the slider to adjust the audio volume.
- Iconize – Check it to minimize a program to the system tray.
- Overwrite prompt – Check it to display overwrite prompt on start.
- Start/Stop – Click this button to start/stop the recording.
- Play – Click this button to pause the recording.
- Play – Click this button to show the internal audio player.
