Screedbot is a free and easy to use online application to create Animated scrolling typewriter banner. You don’t need to install any software to create the banner. Take a look at this screenshot up.
As I mentioned before, the application is very simple and easy, plus you can save the work to your personal computer. To create the banner enter the text you want as you can see from the screenshot, then choose the banner width, size, color and finally the background you prefer. This is an example:
