For example, if you are addicted to Myspace or Facebook, you would simply enter the web address/s you visit too often and the system will send you a warning before you visit the site.
Keepmeout.com is very easy to use, just simple steps:
1. Enter the address of the site. Let’s use Facebook as an example. “Warn me if I go to ……..”. You will get this message ” Your alias for facebook.com has been created:

2. Add the alias to your browser’s bookmarks bar. Internet Explorer and Opera users can do so by clicking here. If you are using any other browser, select the address above, drag it to your bookmarks bar and rename it to ‘Facebook’, for example.
3. Click on the newly added bookmark to visit facebook.com from now on.
4. The system will warn you if you visit the website more than once in 60 minutes.
